OUR EMPLOYEES
Since its establishment in December 2020, VIP.LEAN Solutions GmbH has seen its number of external and internal employees grow to a total of 10. The company recruits its developers through a demanding staffing process, both in Germany and at its Nearshore Center in Sfax, Tunisia. Additionally, VIP.LEAN Solutions GmbH has more qualified developers in Tunisia who can be quickly integrated into their project business. The company also directly offers its spare capacities to clients as ‘Team As A Service’.

Through our experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Power Apps, various databases and cloud systems, we have implemented several standard applications that are used by over 30,000 users worldwide across different systems.
